Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShadowSignls ("the Service") at shadowsignls.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Information only — no advice

The Service provides market-information signals for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing delivered through the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, commodity, derivative, or other instrument. We do not recommend that you act on, replicate, or trade any signal.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or any similar regulated entity. You should consult a licensed professional before making any trading decision.

2. Risk acknowledgement

Trading futures, options, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, hypothetical results, and any statistics shown by the Service are not indicative of future results.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed and managed by our payments partner Whop. By subscribing you agree to Whop's terms in addition to these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your Whop dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you remain liable for fees already incurred.

Refunds are at our sole discretion except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not (a) resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast signals or content from the Service to third parties, (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access in violation of these Terms, (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the security of the Service, or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use during an active subscription.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or non-infringement. Signals may be delayed, missed, or incorrect.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ShadowSignls or its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShadowSignls and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that venue.
