• Account data: email address (used for magic-link authentication), subscription tier and status, and an internal user identifier.
• Telegram data (optional): if you link a Telegram account, we store your Telegram chat ID so we can deliver signals.
• Billing data: we do not process or store payment-card data ourselves. All payments are handled by our billing partner Whop. We receive a Whop user ID and subscription status from Whop webhooks.
• Compliance records: the timestamp and version of any user-agreement disclaimer you accept.
• Operational logs: request timestamps, IP addresses, and basic device/browser metadata used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above only to (a) operate the Service, (b) deliver signals you have subscribed to, (c) bill you through Whop and reconcile subscription status, (d) communicate with you about your account or material service changes, (e) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and (f) protect the integrity and security of the Service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with:

• Whop — for billing and subscription management.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery (magic-link login).
• Telegram — to send signals to chat IDs you have linked.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate the Service.
• Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.

4. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time via the contact below; some records (e.g. billing history, compliance acceptance) may be retained where required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
